The winning team members were Mr. Pornprom Rotsut, Mr. Chonlatee Huaihongthong, Mr. Anont Chaidee and Mr. Sophon Jamniyom who revealed their thoughts about their victory. “We have been developing this innovation for over two years. Our inspiration came from a news report that a child had passed away after being locked in a car. Our innovation will monitor carbon dioxide content in a car’s cabin. An alarm will be triggered and the window will automatically open if the carbon dioxide rate is higher than safety standards. We would like to thank the Brainchild judges for their comments and suggestions which helped improve our creation. Also Ajarn Komsan Muangthip, our advisor, who helped us plan and delegate duties so our team can work systematically and efficiently. We are very happy and proud. We want to tell our peers who are also studying at technical school that this field of study offer endless opportunity for creating new innovations for as long as we keep trying.”
